Year 2 survey questions

These question are currently part of the Faculty Engagement Survey. You will notice that question 5 has been changed from year 1 to year 2. This and other changes to the individual questionnaires are described on the Year 2 Survey Changes page.

Does your institution:

  1. Conduct a local conference or educational technology event(s) to encourage innovation and sharing among your faculty and staff?

  2. Maintain a faculty awards program to encourage innovation in the area of teaching with technology?

  3. Maintain a faculty grant program for technology-assisted course development (e.g. money to pay for release time to convert FTF course to online or blended format)?

  4. Use a faculty advisory group to advise on educational technology use and support?

  5.  Use learning communities or educational technology cohort groups to encourage innovation and sharing among your faculty and staff?

  6. Employ local IT liaisons in different departments and units?

  7. ​Maintain a blog with links to news items, educational technology resources, etc. for faculty?

  12. Regularly publish an educational technology newsletter with links to news items,  resources, etc. for faculty?
